I mean, he basically retired in the coolest way I could ever imagine. He head butted his opponent in the chest so forcefully it knocked his feet out from under him. Sure, sure, sure people are giving him a hard time. They are saying that it was "truly disappointing that someone with such a great history finished his last game this way," but I'm gonna have to disagree. France needs a person like Zidane. Instead of sucking at everything, and being little wusses all the time, maybe they can start acting like Zidane...and head butt stuff. It'd be one thing if Zidane hadn't already scored a goal, injured himself, and all around been the most badass player in the whole tounament. Then it might rank just above Ogre Rooney stomping on groins, but no. Why did Zidane do it? Because he's Zidane and he wanted to.

Not to mention, he totally stole the thunder from the Italians. This World Cup will always be remembered as the one where Zidane blew up an Italian man's heart with his bald head, not as the 4th Italian World Cup victory.
